The client

Southport Anaesthetic Specialists was a small medical practice where a number of consultants and their secretaries shared offices and an open plan medical reception area. Speech privacy was compromised whenever health information was gathered at the reception desk and via telephone.

The solution

Soundmask installed five “cut in” ceiling speakers and a generator, solving the practice’s speech privacy problems and ensuring that the practice complies with Health Privacy legislation.
