Indeed, we have a <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/TE9jmqqVNTc\">promotional video<\/a> about exactly that!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Speech Privacy Protection\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TE9jmqqVNTc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This was the issue that Southport Anaesthetic Specialists engaged us to solve\u2014before it became a problem! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The client<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Southport Anaesthetic Specialists was a small medical practice where a number of consultants and their secretaries shared offices and an open plan medical reception area. Speech privacy was compromised whenever health information was gathered at the reception desk and via telephone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Soundmask installed five \u201ccut in\u201d ceiling speakers and a generator, solving the practice\u2019s speech privacy problems and ensuring that the practice complies with Health Privacy legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-link-color wp-elements-deaa31fa8510dfbdcc3777e3fb40e84b\">The satisfied client, Dr David Wylie, Senior Associate <a href=\"https:\/\/soundmask.com.au\/pdfs\/southport_ltr.pdf\">commented<\/a> on the installation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cAcceptance by the secretarial staff has been good, and there is an opinion that telephone privacy in particular has been particularly enhanced.
